Aerospace Ti6Al4V Parts
Grade 5 Ti6Al4V DMLS for structural aerospace components. Build volume up to 800mm × 400mm × 500mm. Topology-optimized brackets, heat exchangers with internal channels, and consolidated assemblies replacing 20+ machined parts.
Medical Implants & Devices
ASTM F136 Ti6Al4V ELI (Extra Low Interstitials) for patient-specific implants. Porous lattice scaffolds for osseointegration at 60–70% porosity. HIP densification to eliminate internal voids for medical device manufacturing.
Post-Processing & Inspection
Stress relief at 950°C, optional HIP at 2000°F/15,000 psi, and solution-aging heat treatment. CT scanning for internal void inspection. Tensile test samples confirm mechanical properties per customer specification.
